Rick Ayers
Rick has been married to Lori for 28 years and has 3 grown sons. A Christian since 1990, he has been an active part of Foothills for the past 7 years. Rick has an enthusiasm for working with other men to strengthen their walk with Christ. He teaches 2 men's Bible studies, including our Saturday morning "Man Alive". His passion is summed up in 1 Peter 3:15: "Being able to give an answer as to the hope we have in Christ Jesus." In his spare time he enjoys various sports, including golf and working out. Rick is currently the Vice President of Sales for KTEK - a process controls manufacturer.

Keith Clark
A Christian since the age of 7, Keith has been married to Lourinda for 27 years and has 2 sons in college. He has attended Foothills since 1990, and has been active in worship, sound and youth ministries, along with serving as an elder for several terms. Keith enjoys flying airplanes, reading, cycling, travel, the outdoors and eating out. But most of all, he loves to see others come to know Christ. He is a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley.

Jim Haselton
Jim and Kathy have 3 children and have been married for 27 years. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior when he was in the 4th grade during Vacation Bible School. As a sophomore in college he rededicated his life and walk to the Lord. A part of Foothills Church for the past 6 years, Jim has has served as both an usher and greeter. Jim is deeply concerned about the edification of the body of Christ, supporting fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, and reaching out to help make everyone feel they are a loved and important part of the church family. He loves the outdoors, the beach, fishing, hunting, gardening, cooking, and traveling. He also enjoys reading, keeping up with the news, politics, and sports. Jim is employed by Courtney Waterproofing as Vice President and Chief Estimator. He has also served on the Trabuco Canyon Water District as a board member for the past 12 years.

John Mayer
John and his wife Candy have been married 29 years and have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. He's been at Foothills since its inception and has been active in a variety of ministries, including service as an elder, greeter, usher, building committee member, and AWANA coordinator. He has greatly helped in the ongoing upkeep and build out of our new building. His passion is to help see people come to know Christ, and for families to grow together in their faith and walk with God. John loves boating and home improvement, and works as a sales representative for a major flooring company.

Bill Meddings
Bill has known the Lord as his Savior for over 3o years and has been a member of Foothills Church for the past 6 years. Bill and his wife Pam have between them 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Bill had been a discussion leader with Bible Study Fellowship for 18 years. He currently heads up the College and Career Group at Foothills, serves with the Billy Graham Ministries and is the Elder for Missions and Outreach. He loves facilitating and applying the meat of the Word to people's lives in both truth and love. He is retired and enjoys physical fitness and travel with Miss Pam.

Scott Smith
Scott has been a Christian for over 25 years and has been a part of Foothills since it's inception. Married to Val for 20 years, they have 1 teenage son. He has been actively serving in various ministries, including a men's Bible study, the Billy Graham ministry and heads up our Good Samaritan Fund. He is passionate about knowing Gods Word, especially in the area of prophecy. In his spare time his likes to play golf, read and travel. Scott is a Product Manager for Form Grind, specializing in abrasives.

Jeff Love
Jeff became a Christian on Easter Morning, 1997. He has been married to Connie since 1994, and though they have no children, they both say that they act like kids fairly often. Jeff and Connie are Registered Nurses who view their profession as a Christian mission field. Jeff leads the Monday night men's Bible study that was formed as a discipleship group in 1998. He is active in the Billy Graham Telephone Ministry, and has a passion for the discipleship of his brothers in Christ. Jeff's outside interests are cycling, reading, writing fiction and playing classical guitar.

Michael Williams
Foothills Church has been home to Michael and his family for the past 9 years. He and his Wife Shelley are in their 18th year of marriage and have three children Bret, 11, Tyler, 8, and Katherine, 7. Michael gave his heart to the Lord at age of 14 and has sought to grow closer to Him ever since. He serves as the Elder over Children's Education programs and is also a member of the Missions Committee. Michael is Sales Director for the Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and his outside interests include spending as much time as possible with his family, fitness, fine dining, and playing in the Southern California surf with his kids.
