Brad has been on staff here at Foothills Church since 1992. Born in Minnesota, Brad was raised in both Minnesota and California, where he has now resided for over 35 years.

A graduate of both Biola University and Talbot Theological Seminary, Brad is ordained with the Evangelical Free Church and has served the Lord in full-time ministry here in Southern California for more than 25 years. He and his wife Margie have been married 30 years and have four adult children ranging from 20 to 26.

Brad enjoys reading, travel and various sports, but loves most of all teaching the Word of God!

Jason came on staff in the fall of 2004 and serves full-time with both our junior and senior high school ministries.

A native of California, Jason was raised in Escondido and graduated from Hope International University with a Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry. Jason has been working with young people for several years now, and was also the Musician Dean heading up worship at Forest Home Christian Conference Center for 2 years.

Married and in love with Kate, he also basically loves any sport having to do with experiencing God's awesome creation: surfing, backpacking, rock climbing, mountain biking, etc.

Julie re-joined our staff in May of 2007.  She and her husband Roger have been a part of the Foothills Family since 1991.  They have been married for 32 years and have 3 adult children. Julie is a graduate of California Lutheran Bible School, and since then she has served in a variety of churches and ministries.  She is passionate about people, and loves to see them connect with each other, and most importantly grow in their relationship with Jesus.  She currently co-leads our Women's Ministry, “The Girlfriends of Foothills”.

Justin Horey and his wife, Wendy, have been a part of Foothills since 2004. Justin has played with our worship team for three years before before being called to serve as our music director in January of 2008. He began playing guitar at the age 14 and has been leading worship ever since. Today Justin plays acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar and drums. He holds a degree in psychology from UCLA and, in addition to his ministry at Foothills, serves as the marketing manager for an international non-profit organization. When he's not leading worship, Justin loves to laugh and play with Wendy and their two young children.
