Brad Fogal, Senior Pastor

Brad has been on staff here at Foothills Church since 1992. A graduate of both Biola University and Talbot Theological Seminary (B.S., M.A., M Div.), Brad is ordained with the Evangelical Free Church and has served the Lord in full-time ministry here in Southern California for nearly 30 years. He and his wife Margie have been married 33 years, have four adult children and two grandsons.

Julie Johnson, Administrative Assistant

Julie re-joined our staff in May of 2007. She and her husband Roger have been a part of the Foothills Family since 1991. They have been married for 36 years and have 3 adult children. Julie is a graduate of California Lutheran Bible School, and since then she has served in a variety of churches and ministries. She is passionate about people, loves to see them connect with each other, and most importantly grow in their relationship with Jesus. She is active in our Women's Ministry.

Craig Cooper, Associate Pastor

Craig joined the staff at Foothills Church in March of 2012. He graduated from Biola University (B.S. in Christian Education) and Talbot School of Theology (M.A.C.E.). Craig loves the Lord and he loves people. He considers it a privilege to be called by God to serve in the local church. He has been married to his “better half”, Shirley since 1985, and is blessed to have 5 children, Zach, Amanda, Lexi, Myles and Drew. Craig enjoys sports, especially baseball, reading, relaxing with friends, and camping with his family.

Josh Saenz, Youth Pastor

Josh earned his B.A. in Biblical/Theological Studies from Biola University. He has served in full time youth ministry since 2008 and loves it! In January 2009, Josh married his best friend Kaitlin, who shares his deep passion for reaching the people of Orange County, where they were both raised.

Having grown up in Foothills Church, he is thrilled to serve on staff now. He also enjoys coffee, running, the beach, reading, blogging, mexican food, and reality shows!

David Lee, Worship Leader

David joined our staff in January of 2011 as our Music Director and is currently completing his Master of Arts in Ministry from Hope International University. He is passionate about leading worship and teams that creatively communicate the greatness of our maker. David and his wife Christine been married for 5 years.

Carly Taufaasau, Children's Ministries Director

Carly came on staff in June of 2010 as our Children’s Ministry Director. She graduated from Colorado State University with her degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Non-Profit Management. Carly and her Husband Patrick have three children, Eva, Adrian and Rhys.
